A new policy of corporal punishment is introduced into prisons. Two lovely, uniformed wardresses have the job of giving the 'welcome caning' that all new male inmates have to endure. We see two prisoners processed and strip searched before they are strapped across the punishment horse and thrashed without pity. Finally the same two wardresses that we saw in part one have to punish a trouble-maker from one of the prison blocks. He is brought to the punishment room and given a good hard caning to ensure he never misbehaves again.
